I jumped in at that price (115) then it spiralled downwards and I followed it. Today it is at 45 and my average buy price is 68.50.
I am hoping the de-merger of insurance from the banking units will result in increase of shareholder value

Subject: Insider infomation
Surely in NSE you can never know! The biggest problem has been reluctance of the CMA to prevent insider trading. The beneficiaries of this vice are the (1) Company's directors & top management (2) The relatives of the directors & top managers (3) NSE & CMA (read the guys who own the stock brokerage firm). The 3 groups should exercise fairplay during closed season. Otherwise they are the only people who benefit. But in Kenya, the closer you are to the inside better for you. Remember in another forum in blog world by the name …….Yaser big chair---who had such crucial info though he disappeared into thin air. CMA should have a mechanism of punishing especially the company directors responsible for the leakage.

Subject: Merger confirmed
As the share price has slowly started inching away its 115 level, I assume some insiders know that the merger is going ahead. Any info? Or is CFC going to announce good H1 numbers?
